1. Software License & Usage Rights

When you purchase the "DIY License" for the Software, Rehab Digital Tools grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to use, modify, and host the source code for your own single clinical practice or business entity.

You May: Customize the code, change the branding, edit the clinical libraries, and host the application for your clinic's internal use.

You May Not: Resell, redistribute, share the source code with unauthorized third parties, or offer the Software as a commercial Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) to other clinics.

2. Medical & Clinical Disclaimer

REHAB DIGITAL TOOLS IS A SOFTWARE PROVIDER, NOT A HEALTHCARE PROVIDER. The Software, including its pre-loaded "Starter Library" of diagnoses and treatment rationales, is provided for administrative and educational convenience only. It does not constitute medical advice. You, the licensed healthcare provider, are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving the accuracy of all clinical notes, diagnoses, and treatment plans generated by the Software before presenting them to a patient. Rehab Digital Tools assumes no liability for patient outcomes, clinical errors, or malpractice claims arising from the use of this software.

3. Data Ownership & Security

The Software operates on a "Self-Hosted / Bring Your Own Database" architecture. You are solely responsible for setting up, securing, and maintaining the database (e.g., Supabase) and hosting environment (e.g., Vercel). You are entirely responsible for ensuring that your chosen hosting providers meet your local healthcare data regulations (such as HIPAA). Rehab Digital Tools has no access to, or control over, your database.

4. Refunds & Returns

Because this product provides immediate access to downloadable, proprietary source code and intellectual property, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the digital files have been downloaded. If you encounter technical issues during setup, please contact our support team.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Rehab Digital Tools or its founders be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software. Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the Software license.
